1W/1M - Refers to the sensitivity of the driver as measured in SPL measured 1 Meter away with 1 W of power going to the driver.
2.83V/1M - Refers to the sensitivity of the driver as measured in SPL measured 1 Meter away with 2.83 V of power going to the driver.
Basket - The main structure of the driver. Commonly made of metal or plastic.
Cas - Acoustic compliance of the driver.
Cab - Acoustic compliance of the enclosure.
F3 - Negative 3 half-power frequency.
Fb - The frequency that a ported box is tuned to.
Fc - Frequency a sealed enclosure is tuned to.
Fs - Resonance frequency of the driver.
Pe - Maximum amount of power you can give a driver before damaging it.
Q - When wired in parallel, Q is the ratio of resistance to reactance and when wired in seried, Q is the ratio of reactance to resistance.
Qes - Electrical Q.
Ql - The Q of an enclosure taking leaks into account.
Qms - The mechanical Q of a driver
Qtc - Sum of mechanical and electrical Q for a driver at Fc.
Qts - Sum of mechanical and electrical Q for a driver.
Sd - Total surface area of the driver cone.
Vas - Volume of air that has the same compliance as the driver.
Vab - Volume of air that has the same compliance as the enclosure.
Vb - Total internal volume of an enclosure.
Vd - Maximum displacement of the driver cone.
